The Club Tennis Girona was dressed to the nines to host, for the third consecutive year, the ATP Challenger 100, solidifying its position as the second most important men’s tennis event in Catalonia, second only to the prestigious Conde de Godó Trophy.
A Dream Come True
For Club Tennis Girona, organizing this tournament represented the culmination of a long journey. After the success achieved in the three editions of the Catalan Absolute Championship, memorial Joan Margets, and the experience gained with the Future 15K and 25K tournaments in 2023, the club took a qualitative leap by hosting an ATP Challenger 100.
High-Level Tennis and an Outstanding Champion
The tournament attracted top-level players, many of them within the Top 100 of the ATP ranking, offering an unparalleled spectacle for fans. The quality of the matches and the atmosphere at the club were exceptional, leaving an indelible mark on everyone present.
And to top it all off, Valencian tennis player Pedro Martínez was crowned champion of the ATP Challenger Eurofirms Girona, defeating Radu Albot in two sets, 7-5/6-4. A well-deserved triumph that will remain in the memory of all those who witnessed this great tournament played in March 2024 at Club Tennis Girona.

A Legacy for the Future
The organization of the ATP Challenger 100 at Club Tennis Girona marks a before and after in the history of tennis in the region. It is expected that this tournament will be held annually at the club, consolidating Girona as a benchmark on the ATP Challenger circuit.
