On-line orders

Buy safely in our online shop:

• Simply click the item you want to buy.

• When you are ready to complete the order, click the “Add to Cart” button which will automatically show on the shopping cart at the top right of the page.

• Then click the button “Continue Shopping” to continue with your shopping or “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order.

• Then you will be taken to our secure shopping process where you will be prompted to enter your contact details, delivery address and payment.

• Once you submit your order, we will confirm via email.

What is the deadline for a shipment out on the same day?

To ensure we can organize your package the same day, place your order before 3 p.m.

Can you modify or add products to an order already made?

We will introduce any changes in your order, as long as we have not delivered yet. If you want to make a change in your order, we recommend you to call us on +1 786 381 99 17 (rather than writing an email) as soon as possible, after placing your order.

Will I receive order confirmation?

If you place an order on-line (no phone) we will send you a confirmation email. It is important that you check all details carefully to ensure that your order is correct.

I am trying to place an order online, but my credit / debit card is not accepted.

First, make sure your billing information match your card details exactly. If you still have problems, call us and we will try to figure out what the problem is. Be careful when trying to send the order too many times because the card issuer can cancel your card automatically.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel it, is best to call us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do everything possible to cancel it before we ship it. If your item has already been sent, you will have to follow our return procedure, and you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

How is the equipment delivered?

Large equipment is shipped by ground via a freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid.

Curbside Delivery is a lift-gate service, delivered to curbside as close to your building as possible. You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck.

Would I be able to receive the equipment alone?

It is recommended that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. You are responsible for unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials.

How long would it take for the equipment to arrive at my destination?

Allow 2 to 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive at your final destination. You will be contacted by the carrier to set up the most suitable date & time for the delivery.
